Chad and his team (Cody and Andre) did a fantastic job working through all our requests. We originally had planned a much smaller project, but grew the scope throughout the work.

They completely delivered on what they said they would do and we are really happy with the outcome of the project. Would highly recommend Jordan Lane to anyone looking for a General Contractor. They are very capable and have some great trades under their umbrella. I plan to use them again if the need arises.

We had a really great experience working with Jordan Lane Contracting during a very stressful time. After a watermain break forced us into a major renovation last year, their team stepped in and helped us navigate everything, which was no small task. We ultimately chose to go with them over the insurance provider’s general contractor, and we’re so glad we did.

They were incredibly reliable and trustworthy throughout the entire project. Communication was excellent and they always picked up the phone, even if they didn’t immediately have an answer. On top of the insurance scope, they also took on additional work for us without hesitation, and accommodated our last minute requests!

We highly recomment Chad and the Jordan Lane Team, they did a fantastic Job on our basement suite renovation. It was an extensive job, with major alterations to structural walls, floors, windows, doors etc. We are delighted with the outcome of our beautiful suite.

Having had Chad & his team redo our exterior walls previously, we hired them to redo our floors & main bathroom. Some unexpected discoveries - like the previous owner put flooring over top of the asbestos tiles - were handled professionally & with minimal extensions to the timeline. Very responsive to changing plans, they did a great job. I'd hire them back again.
